Foder för filterräkor

Here is a little list of what my Atya Gabonensis and the Atyopsis moluccensis get to eat. They get food 2 times per day. I prepare the food for the day in advance and they gets about 1-2 kryddmått per feeding session. The food is always pulverized in a mortel (except the living food), then sprinkled on the water surface or I mix it with a bit of aquarium water and take a long plastic pipette to slowly release the mix right before the animals.

I feed my Gabun the following things:

  • Eklöv
  • Valnötlöv
  • Hasselnötlöv
  • Svartvinbärslöv
  • Nesslor
  • Hokkaido pumpa
  • Räkfoder ( pulverized)
All dried and pulverized with a mortel.

Skalad Artemiaägg, Spirulinapulver, levande Artemia, levande Cyklops, levande Moina, Ärtor (cooked and then mashed),and Liquifry 1 & 2. These things they get max. twice per week due to high protein content.

I try to mix about 3-4 ingedients per meal and feed them something different every day.

I hope this is helpfull

Bra tips!!

I have now bought a good coffeekvarn (not one with knives but with metalplates). I use it to turn the leaves into dustfood. Am pondering if I shouldn’t start selling my foodmix

I don’t know how / where to buy all those different kinds of leaves so I’d be certainly be interessted in buying your food mix from you!
