Hmmm, my räkyngel in one of my aquariums simply won’t stay alive. I am not sure if they are starving or if it is the Planaria or something else. Therefore I will now put a female with eggs in the Easy breeding Box and try to keep the babies alive this way. If that also doesn’t work, then I guess I need to look at the water parameters (although they seem to be fine). Will post photos tomorrow.

Update: All babies have disappeared overnight 
I have no idea why. All water parameters are okay, there was enough oxygen, there was enough food. None of the older räkor have shown any reaction to anything. The female with eggs in the box behaves totally normal.

No, they died. I have made the overflow “yngel-safe”, so there is no escaping there. Oh well… I have a new bunch in there now… 4 days old. I really hope this time it will work.

Of the last bunch, 6 babies survived (so far): 2 snowwhite, 1 CR and 3 CB. Here some (bad) photos. They are in the large aquarium again now.
skulle det inte gå att sätta ett litet rör i utloppet (där uppe) på ett hangonfilter som mynnar i breedingboxen! ?? då slipper man ju luftpumpen
I put a t-koppling in the utlopp of my Eden filter and connected a luftslang that leads into the Breeding box. But the hangon filter is a good idea too, might give that a try. :thumbs:
