Atyopsis moluccensis med rom

So far so good. They are active and feeding and not many of them seem to have died.

Exilaquarium: A small powerhead, no other filter. I have very little/almost no grus in that aquarium and clean away the dirt from the floor every second day and change a bit of water every second day. They need circulation to release the larvae. And the larvae are tougher than you think, they survive a bit wild water

Now to the news: Wow, my larvae have grown !!! They are now 4 weeks old and some look almost like a little räka already. I will try to take photos.

Wow, cool! Congratulations!

I don’t have the same luck though… :woah:

Here are the promised photos. Please excuse the poor quality but I just don’t seem to get the hang of my Macro lens

Here are a few (all in all I have around 60 I guess)

Different sizes thouh all born from the same batch of eggs

Feeding from the bottom

Looks like a little räka already

Another close-up

Wow so cool!!!
How do you know when to move them to fresh water, are they not ready yet? They do look lite little shirmps…

Grattis:thumbs:

I have no idea, Johanna  I think they need to grow a bit more, they are still moving like larvae and not like räkor so they cannot be finished yet.

Yes I think you are right then!

hur gick det med räkor till slut?

nyfiken.
