Hi
Ive just finished my weekly water change for my nano and noticed tiny (about 3mm) white worm like things crawling on the glass and in the substrate. Are they something good or bad? My shrimp all seem healthy, eating and swimming around as usual.
What are these worms?

I had white Worms in My aquarium to, so i googled it and got the answear that they were harmless and could come from over feeding so i stopped feeding for 4-5 days and now they are gone and all My shrimps are fine 
even found one with rom the other day :).
I blame typos and weird spelling on My ipads stupid autocorrection thingy, bah

I just googled it too its called planaria and as you say it comes from overfeeding. My shrimp are now on a diet! Ive cleaned the substrate really well so there hopefully isnt much food left. I think i will swap to twice weekly water changes till they disappear.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much as they come and go, but they are for sure disgusting.
Yes they are. I was totally grossed out when I saw them. Just looked in the tank and I cant see any
