I wonder what you use for PMDD, how much and how often?
I use Peter Haacks PMDD with his Micro+. I dosage 3 times a week, and the total dosage/week is:
Micro+: 0,213 ppm
KNO3: 11,16 ppm
KH2PO4: 2,03 ppm
K2SO4: 20 ppm
