Hej
I will soon be getting my first CO2 set up for my nano. I wonder what is a safe amount to use in 25 liter tank with a moderate amound of plants. I dont want to risk overdosing but I want enough to help my plants grow! Also what kind of plant food is best to use?
thanks
Karen
co2 is not toxic unless you overdose it. Register at plantswap.se for more info. Fertiliser is not recommended for many shrimps however pmdd is tha shit for plants. Cherry and its colourforms can handel it and amano.
Thankyou Clas Im already registered at Plantswap so I will check it out. I posted on here cause it was a shrimp question too. I currently have red crystals, yellow and some pinnochios.
Thankyou again
Karen
Red crystals usually dont work well with pmdd
Oh dear maybe I should scrap the CO2 then. I thought that if you use CO2 you should use some kind of plant food too. I will check it out on plantswap.
Thanks
Karen
I’ll tag along in this thread instead of making a new one.
Which shrimps work well with pmdd and co2? I saw that you mentioned cherry and amano, but are there more species that can handle it?
