Im going to Germany for a short break next week and wonder if anyone knows of any good shrimp/aquarium stores not too far from the border. We are staying in Lubeck not too far away from Travemunde and it needs to be not too far from there and be open on a Tuesday. Hope someone can help else Im just gonna come home with duty free

The Garnelenhaus is wonderful. The Logemann brothers are well-known experts on all sorts of shrimp. They have all sorts of shrimp in all sorts of priceclasses. And tons of equipment. :beg: No fish there, just shrimps.
:beg::beg::beg:Oh Wow sounds like me dream place. Husband is going to hate it but I do have to “suffer” his trip to the bordershop Doesnt seem to be far away´from Lubeck either. After Im doing the driving thats good, Im a bit nervous of the German Autobahns lol bearing in mind I only started driving again 2 months ago after 22 years on buses and feet i had had enough !!
Niow I cant wait to go and check out what they have…do they take credit cards lol :lol:

OMG garnelenhaus was great i could have spent all day in there. Was very hard to choose which shrimp to get but i chose some beautiful golden tigers and some amanos. But i really loved these

But i have nowhere to put them right now thankyou jen for recommending garnelenhaus the staff were all very nice and spoke good english too. I will try to post pics of my new tigers soon.

Yes, CPOs are lovely but you are not allowed to keep them i Sweden. Glad you enjoyed the shop though
