Hi
Would be interested in a group of amanos for my 250l tank to eat algae that has started to grow there lately. In the tank I have mollies, mosaic gouramis, glass catfish, pink tetra and botia. Not sure if amanos will work but ive tried zebra snails and they just made a mess with all their eggs everywhere. Forgot I have also some bamboo and gabon shrimp for whom I have quite alot of current in the tank. There is plenty of plants and places for amanos to hide if they need to. I am prepared to pay postage but if they are in Skåne that would be great.

Hornbach right outside of malmö has pretty cheap amanos. 1 for 20 kronor, I think.
Tror dom kostar 18 kr st till och med hos dom och det var vad jag betalade för mina där för någon månad sedan:D
Ok thanks, how many do you think I need? Will they be ok with what I have in there already. I bought botia to deal with a snail problem and they have done an excellent job but I am worried they eat small shrimp too.
I do like hornbach, they have a good selection and always half the price of some other stores.

Det kan gå med Botier. Har själv haft Zebrabotier (Zebrabotier är extremt snälla skall man tänka på) med mina BP pch Amanos utan problem. Men det är inget som säger att det går för dig.
Du får helt enkelt prova. 
Minst 7 st hade jag köpt. Täck karet väl i början, de är duktiga på att klättra ur i början.
Thanks Anette, Just got back from Hornbach and they didnt have any amanos today 
Its zebra and pakistan botia I have so I hope they will be ok together. I have just got rid of my heltäckande ramp and swapped it for an LED tube from EBI shop but there is a frame at the top of the tank that I hope will stop the amanos from climbing out. Otherwise I could get a piece of glass to put over the tank but I would rather not because I have had problems with my tank getting too warm. Im busy moving and rearranging all of my tanks at the moment so the amanos might have to wait until I get some more money.
